Business Informatics (BSc)

Academic profile

Graduates in business informatics are competent in both business administration and computer science. Their tasks consist in the planning, development, and application of information systems for business enterprises. Every functional area in a business enterprise is embodied in, controlled through, and further developed by means of modern information-processing technologies. As the nerve centres of a successful business enterprise, these systems need the synergy that results when business administration and informatics are combined.

HSW offers the cooperative study programme in Business Informatics with the degree Bachelor of Science (BSc) in cooperation with prominent business enterprises in the following industry orientations and fields of specialisation:
