Research & Development

Institute for Personnel Development and Lifelong Learning

All research projects concerned with the design of lifelong learning programmes and personnel development in keeping with the times are concentrated in the Institute for Personnel Development and Lifelong Learning (IPL) at HSW.

HSW sees its role in this field as that of an institution that actively promotes the regional economy and secures the status of the Weser Uplands (Weserbergland) region as a centre of education. The region’s small and medium enterprises in particular benefit from the access HSW affords them to advanced training in the sciences, which enables them to continually improve their strategic personnel development programmes.

If you are interested in becoming a cooperating partner and implementing innovative projects, then please feel free to contact the team at the Institute for Personnel Development and Lifelong Learning.
